Elizabeth Prats said… Oh my goodness! I swear this message never came threw my email! I'm SO SO SO sorry for the late response to your copywriting advice!
I really do appreciate all your advice. I just finished my one and only class offered at my school dealing with copywriting, but it felt more like a mini campaigns class. I did get an A, but to be honest it was very hard for me. Copywriting is a skill in and of itself. One I definitely need more practice at. I may try my hand at an internship specifically for copywriting, but it is nice to know portfolio school isn't a must. This past class definitely opened my eyes, especially since my professor is still working in the ad field as an art director. It wasn't easy, I do wish my school offered more classes on the subject though.
Again thanks for the advice. I apologize on the late response.

Saw your Twitter page and saw you're a copywriter. I'm interested in that field. I've heard mixed messages about portfolio school. How did you go about becoming a copywriter? Thanks in advance!
