Hi, I am originally from the UK, now living in the US, and there have been a few contests I have wanted to enter, however when I check out the rules, I am unable to enter as I am not a Permanent Resident ( I am on non-immigrant status) and when I look at entering contests in the UK, again I am ineligible as I am not currently residing in the UK!! This seems really unfair to me! I don't fit in anywhere!! Does anyone know of any contests where this would not be the case? Thanks!

Hi Katrina,

I believe the Writer´s Digest contest (deadline April 14th) accepts entries from anywhere around the globe, and I´m sure the Writer´s of the future contest (Deadline every quarter), for fantasy and sci-fi stories also accepts foreigners entries (I know because I sent one =)

Good luck! =D
Thank you Clara! I will check those out :) Good luck with your entry!

Bummer! Sorry to hear that. If you reside in the US at the time you WIN a book from us--we'll mail it to you. Promise. You have to win it first!
