I am so grateful to everyone who has posted here and to Georgia and whoever had the idea. As much as I have read about writing queries, it was reading the successful ones that really opened my eyes. For me the difference was the humanity and insights into your characters as well as their lives, not to mention crystal clear, inspiring prose.
