Have a love of Middle Grade books? Come be inspired while inspiring others!
It's great being a Young Adult writer, isn't it? But some YA writers, like yourselves, choose to explore other arenas of the KidLit world, including Middle Grade. So here, in our fabulous MG Lair, we'll explore what makes those tween years of pre/post puberty infamous and memorable all at the same time. (Ages 8 -12; grades 3 - 6.)
Some of our agents are now taking submissions for Middle Grade. YAY! So keep that in mind. Please visit our First Pages, Pimp My Scene, Query Kick Around, & Synopsis Repair Groups just as you would for any YA manuscript you might have written. Shine those manuscripts up!!

Comment by C.K. Volnek on June 13, 2012 at 10:37pm Hey Alison. How great it is to find fellow writers so close here. We definitely need to get together. Have a crazy busy weekend coming up, but maybe after that. Would love to have anyone close to Lincoln contact us so we can have a writer's coffee. :-)
Eh. No. About a half-hour south of Los Angeles.

An hour south of San Francisco. Santa Cruz Mountains. Nearby?
Where in CA? It's a big state.
