I'm looking for a small group of two or three fantasy writers/readers who are at relatively the same level as me. I've had several full manuscript requests, and one revise/resubmit with agents. Unfortunately, it's gotten to the point where most of my critique partners can't find much to critique, though I'm positive there's plenty. I have several friends who are published authors, but they're so much better, I'm afraid to ask them to read and critique. :/ I seem to be stuck somewhere around the middle.

Sound like you?

Let's be...stuck in the middle together. (Forgive me, I'm singing in my head now.)

I'm looking for a group of two or three people in the same genre and around the same stage who can share drafts, revisions, and potentially skype or google+ chats to help with each other's manuscripts.

I've got one manuscript that is very strong, but needs a lot of help around the beginning (I've rewritten it so often, the gears in my brain are wearing down). It's a 120k high fantasy novel. This is the one that's had the agent attention. It's called "THE MARK OF FLIGHT".

I'm currently revising a contemporary fantasy novel, and would love to get some chapter-by-chapter thoughts as I post, since I'm not only changing the POV from third to first, but also adding new scenes and smoothing out plot issues. (I'm on draft...2.5ish.) This one is called HELLHOUND.

I've got more info about all my projects at my blog, but if you're interested in forming a fantasy critique group, send me a line at Sakurazawa (at) gmail (dot) com.
