I've noticed a few of our members (myself included) are participating in next month's novel writing frenzy other wise known as NaNoWriMo.

I thought I'd take this opportunity to create a little spot where we can come and post our links to our author's pages that way we can "buddy" each other and more importantly be an area where we can come to garner support and rally ourselves when our fingers feel like they might fall off from all that typing!

So I raise my glass (I mean bag o' Twizzlers to you) and wish us all word vomit!

Cheers!

Did not get enough done Sun and Mon, but had a good day yesterday. Will write most of today as well. I hate not going back and editing. Makes my skin crawl at the sloppy writing I'm leaving, but I know that's what I need to practice!
Only about 1,200 today but I have tomorrow off to get some cranked out. Trying to let my brain rest a little.
Hey, authors! Come name your favorite Nano-writing foods, your bravest writing diversion and name your inner editor over at my blog on the same topic:

Hey everyone! Get over to the contest page and post your numbers and snippets! I've got prizes to give away here :-D
I am still behind and will continue to plug away, as I'm still excited about writing this many words in 30 days when it has taken me 18 months to write my first novel of around 80k. I'll take any word count!

Kelly, I can't find your user id, did you post it?

This forum is super supportive and I'm happy to be on this journey with you guys. Keep up the word count, but the Kindle is mine.....
ha! I'm happy to have the whoever win. I'm just excited for such a great support group! I was at a stand still getting this one started and NaNo and some healthy competition has helped motivate me.
I just joined YALITCHAT today, at the recommendation of one of the other members.

I just hit 20k today for Nano. Trying to stay on track. My user page is here:

Wow, Anna, that word count is fabulous. Keep up the good work, it's hard right?! I have no chance of winning any of the prizes but I can dream and still give a little friendly competition.
Welcome to YALITCHAT!

Our Region just passed one Million words, I think it was the two words I just added, I need to delete them but I think Niagara may find me and hurt me for dropping them back below a million. I think they can stay where they are for now.
