NaNoWriMo

I've noticed a few of our members (myself included) are participating in next month's novel writing frenzy other wise known as NaNoWriMo.

I thought I'd take this opportunity to create a little spot where we can come and post our links to our author's pages that way we can "buddy" each other and more importantly be an area where we can come to garner support and rally ourselves when our fingers feel like they might fall off from all that typing!

So I raise my glass (I mean bag o' Twizzlers to you) and wish us all word vomit!

So is anyone doing some of the local 'write-ins'?

I am definitely going to try to make some-but w/ my husband's schedule getting to D.C. might be a problem. We can also schedule our own write-ins so I think I'll do that-someplace closer to the northern Virginia side (ahem...like right down the road from me-and if people show up great!)

For those of us who need some tips on NaNo and techniques for making it through, take a peek at the link below for some advice from one of our members. Remember if you need a cheerleading squad, buddy up with us. We can help each other finish our NaNo goals.

Great post LM! NaNoWriMo is only six days away! Less if you plan on starting at the strike of midnight!

I actually just posted a vlog on it. I had intended to make it all funny and well...I didn't.

Hey, if you can do write-ins at local places. You can set up write chats with a few write buddies and have check in times throughout the night (pull an all nighter) and report progress.
