HELLO WORLD! (all caps indicate my extreme excitement :D)

My name is Megan and I am just a baby writer. Ever since NaNoWriMo last year I have had this little draft sitting about that held the bones of a big idea. It isn't until recently that I have decided to crack down and write the darn thing! The best I can describe it at the moment is a contemporary YA with a paranormal/mystery twist. So I am in the very beginning stages and (in all honesty) letting myself get too caught up in planning *eek*

Admittedly I am a wee bit intimidated by you lovely ladies and gents. You are all professionals to me! I would love to hear some suggestions about what to get involved in here for someone who is very green.

Do you like Dr Who? Do you like cupcakes? Are you a Nerdfighter? Do you like puppies? Just want to talk?
