I write stories, not surprisingly. I would love feedback on some of my work. Not just, that was good., But feedback thatll help me progress as a writer and in the story. Anyone wanna take a look? just go here.
Hi Cortne! Welcome. I've never seen that name spelled like that. Wow. Anway-if you're looking for feedback, try the first pages group. You can submit the first five pages of your mss and receive awesome feedback.
Also - aside from that, there are a ton of other groups to join, forums to join discussions on and interactive chats going on all day. Plenty to do--not to mention the wealth of articles we've mined the web to put here so you don't do have to.
If you look around the site you will find groups to join, and there's even one for teens. But most importantly, on this site you will find guidance on how to polish your writing so that, if you want to land an agent, you have the info and tools. You'll find group members are very supportive here, and whether you choose to self publish, or query publishers who accept unsolicted manuscripts directly, or even query e-pubs with your work, the critique here is balanced and fair. Though writing can be a solitary pursuit, the readership can tell you if the message you wish to portray is coming across. My best to you!
Hey Jessica! Thanks for posting that link! Hadn't seen it before!
